a) Personal Contact Information

  • When you log in to the EYEGO App or Platform, we collect your email address and login credentials to authenticate your account.
  • Registration details (such as name, email, or other information provided during account creation) are generally collected outside the App/Site by authorized administrators.

b) Role-Based Account Information

  • EYEGO supports two roles: Tenant and Admin.
  • A Tenant user may create Admin accounts within the Platform by providing personal contact information of the Admin (such as name, email, and login credentials).
  • This data is collected and stored only for the purpose of account creation, authentication, and management.
  • The Tenant is responsible for ensuring they have authorization to provide this information.

c) Camera Streams

  • Video streams are processed in real-time for monitoring purposes only.
  • We do NOT store, record, save, or retain camera stream data.
  • Camera feeds are transmitted securely but are never permanently stored on our servers.
  • All video processing occurs in real-time to provide live monitoring dashboard functionality.

d) Device Information

We collect minimal device information necessary for app functionality, including:

  • Device type and operating system (for compatibility)
  • App version (for support and updates)
  • Basic connectivity status (for service reliability)

We do NOT collect:

  • Detailed device identifiers
  • Browsing history
  • Extensive usage analytics

e) Optional Support Information

  • If you contact us via support (email or forms), we may collect your name, email, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.

f) Location and Maps Information

  • The EYEGO App may display locations on a map using third-party mapping services.
  • If you enable location features, the App may access your device’s location (with your explicit permission) to display relevant information.
  • Location data is used only in real-time and is never stored or shared by EYEGO.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information exclusively to:

  • Provide and maintain the App and Site functionality
  • Authenticate and manage user accounts securely
  • Enable Tenants to create and manage Admin users
  • Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access
  • Respond to support inquiries and technical issues
  • Ensure compatibility and resolve technical problems

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data may only be shared:

  • With essential service providers who support our App infrastructure (under strict confidentiality agreements)
  • If required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of EYEGO, our users, or the public

Data Security

  • All login credentials and data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.
  • Camera streams are transmitted using secure, encrypted connections.
  • We implement comprehensive technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
  • Regular security assessments ensure ongoing protection of user data.

Who Can Use the App

  • The EYEGO Platform and App are exclusively available to companies that have an active service contract with EYEGO.
  • Only authorized users designated by contracted companies (Tenants and Admins) can register and access the App.
  • The App is not designed for individual consumer use and is not available to the general public.
  • Registration and login are only possible after your company has established a service agreement with EYEGO.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data we hold
  • Update or correct your information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Withdraw consent for certain data processing activities

Account Deletion

Admin Accounts

  • Admin users can delete their accounts directly through the App or Platform.
  • Upon deletion, all associated personal information is permanently removed.

Tenant Accounts

  • Tenant users may request account deletion by contacting support@eyego.com.
  • Our support team will process deletion requests promptly and confirm completion.

Data Retention

  • Personal account information is retained only while your account is active.
  • Camera streams are never stored and cannot be retained.
  • Support communications may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Privacy Policy Changes

EYEGO may update this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing the new version on our website.
We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification where possible.
